It supports you in removing negative energy within and around your heart, it helps to open you up to new opportunities in life and it opens you up to the ancients, the ones who we have forgotten. This is a deeper journey to self, with deeper love of your higher self and deeper transformation on an emotional level.

How to burn
You don’t have to burn the whole bar, you can cut small pieces off, depending on your use. Hold a piece slightly upside down and light the tip until there is a small flame. After a few seconds, blow out the flame, so only smoke is produced. Place it on an angle embers-down in a fireproof bowl in a way that will allow it to continue burning and gently blow on the embers when needed. This is called smudging. It may need to be re-lit several times so it will continue to release its natural plant extracts and energetic properties. Some prefer to keep small rocks in a fireproof bowl, (see our hand made bowls) and then put the embers into the rock bed in order to put it out when finished. The stick can be reused several times until it is all gone. The aroma is natural and harmoniously strong.

Rose- known as the queen of flowers and has many healing properties, such as being an anti-inflammatory and an antiseptic. Helps to open your heart chakra and to giving and receiving unconditional love, as well as supporting you when creating your own magic within yourself.
Frankincense- used for purification and protection and to drive out negativity. Frankincense resin has also been burned to induce visions and aid in meditation.
Myrrh- best used for cleansing and purification and protection against negative energies, especially when combines with frankincense. It also acts as a stimulant and to increase menstrual flow.
